Erica A.
I was born and raised in Vermont, and although my adventures have led me elsewhere, I keep finding my way back.
Having grown up dancing, I made the natural transition to yoga in my early twenties. What started as an outlet for physical movement quickly developed into a consistent mental and spiritual practice rooted in acceptance, compassion, and empathy.
I have been practicing yoga for twenty years and completed my Yoga Teacher Training (YTT-200) in 2020. I’m grateful for the opportunity to guide students and encourage them to show up for themselves so they can better support their community.
In addition to yoga, I love to camp, hike, cook, and greet every dog that crosses my path. I have my Master’s in Transfusion Medicine and am proud to work as an Education Manager for the American Red Cross.
