Megan D.
“The most wasted of days is one without laughter.”- E.E Cummings
Megan grew up between Waterbury, VT, Queens, NY, and the US Virgin Islands.
An Ultramarathon runner, Megan initially sought indoor cycling to prevent and combat physical injury. She soon found the practice, however, to also be a means through which she could better connect with and learn about herself and her community, build greater strength and stability to become a healthier, stronger, and better-rounded athlete while developing a strong mental focus required for tough challenges and the stressors of everyday life. An extremely compassionate and empathetic leader, Megan seeks to help her clients/riders learn that it is OK – and actually necessary to slow down, develop focus and mental tenacity, and liberate themselves from insecurities, self-judgment, and the battle of a busy mind.To Megan, movement is a freedom and a joy to be celebrated. She hopes that her classes will challenge your body, liberate your mind, and allow you to tap into your true potential, both on and off the bike.
