I fell in love with indoor cycling the very first time I took a class in 2016. The energy and the excitement during and after is indescribable. I remember saying if I could do this every day, it would be a dream come true, well here I am, not only doing it but instructing it as well! I have always felt that music was therapy, and combining it with exercise gives the best of both worlds. I can’t wait to ride with you! xx
