Toria L.
Toria Lajoie brings over 25 years of experience in sports medicine, health and wellness, and health education to the table. Since 2006, she’s been an athletic trainer in Vermont, supporting high and middle school student-athletes. Toria’s background includes studying Sport and Exercise Science and Athletic Training at the University of Vermont, and she also earned her Master’s of Education at Northern Vermont University.
Beyond traditional athletic training, Toria has explored cardio kickboxing, circuit and strength training, and spin instruction, along with other innovative approaches to make fitness accessible to athletes of all abilities and levels. As a certified and state-licensed Athletic Trainer and licensed health educator, she focuses on holistic health coaching, helping others unlock their full potential. When she’s not at Ride, you might spot her biking or running on the Stowe bike path. Currently, she’s the Lead Athletic Trainer and Activities Coordinator for Burlington High School. Though not a native of Vermont (a true Maineiac at heart), she lives in Stowe with her fiancé and their soon-to-be bonus son and cat Freddy, while her daughter is studying to be an aircraft mechanic in New Hampshire
