Mat Pilates class that combines contemporary and classical Pilates sequences along with aspects of dance, yoga and mobility work. The focus of this class is on core along with spine mobility and strength. Using props like Pilates balls, light weights, and more, you’ll feel not only challenged but in tune with your body and truly accomplished at the end of the workout. This class will leave you feeling strong and invigorated. All moves can be modified to meet any level.
SSmall Group Pilates Training is a small class (3-5 people) which is designed to help those in the group achieve their fitness goals, break down Pilates moves and achieve perfect Pilates form.
