For those desiring a more gentle ride. It’s 45-minutes designed for all levels, combining light cycling with fun, easy-to-follow dance-inspired movements on the bike. Expect great music, a supportive atmosphere, and plenty of smiles along the way. This is held Friday’s at 10:30am, no online sign up required.

Strong, steady, and confident. A 45-minute strength class focused on building muscle, improving balance, and supporting everyday movement. Using light to heavy weights, bodyweight exercises, and controlled pacing, this class is designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident. Expect a supportive, no-pressure environment with options for all levels and plenty of guidance along the way. These classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am & 11am, online sign ups are required.
