Using light to heavy weights, bodyweight exercises, and controlled pacing, this class is designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more confident. Expect a supportive, no-pressure environment with options for all levels and plenty of guidance along the way. These classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am & 11am as well as Friday at 10:45, online sign ups are required.
