Barre
Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training.
Pilates
Mat Pilates class that combines contemporary and classical Pilates sequences along with aspects of dance, yoga and mobility work.
Personal Training
1-2 people fitness service that involves a variety of activities, including: fitness assessments, goal setting, exercise education, workout routines, physical and mental guidence, and safety and form correction.
Senior Strength
60 minutes of strength training for those who need a slower pace and a more moderate workout. No age requirement. Just show up (no online sign-up) Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 am.
Small Group Fitness Training
Small Group Fintess Training is a small class (3-5 people) which is designed to help those in the group achieve their fitness goals.
Strength, Stretch, & Tone
This gentle class focuses on strengthening and toning the entire body while incorporating stretching and flexibility.
