30 minutes of intense cycle and 30 minutes of intense full body strength. Spend the first half on the bikes and the second half working on core, upper and lower body. It’s a full body workout you don’t want to miss!
Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training.
Move on and off the bike working on strength & cardio. 4 rounds of biking, cardio kickboxing & boot camp intervals. This class is one of our biggest cardio burns and It’s a fun workout for all levels!
A full-body workout that combines strength training, cardio bursts, and functional movement. Expect a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and athletic drills designed to build real-world strength and endurance. You’ll move, lift, and push your limits, then do it again.
