The best of both worlds. This hybrid class blends powerful cycling intervals with off-bike strength training for a full-body workout that builds endurance and muscle. Move between the bike and the floor with purpose, climbing, sprinting, lifting, and resetting. Each class is designed to be efficient, balanced, and challenging, whether you’re in for 45 minutes or the full hour.

This full-body strength class focuses on functional movement patterns that build stability, power, and control. Think squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core work designed to help you move better both in and out of the studio. We use a mix of weights, bodyweight, and intentional tempo to develop strength that actually translates, on the bike, in your daily life, and over time.

Mat Pilates class that combines contemporary and classical Pilates sequences along with aspects of dance, yoga and mobility work. The focus of this class is on core along with spine mobility and strength. Using props like Pilates balls, light weights, and more, you’ll feel not only challenged but in tune with your body and truly accomplished at the end of the workout. This class will leave you feeling strong and invigorated. All moves can be modified to meet any level.
