Our signature rideBeats class is a 45 minute ride packed with high energy pumping music. Get lost in the music while rhythmically crushing interval training and having a blast! It’s an intense cardio Ride where we use hand weights, dance on bikes, sing and clap. End with a calming stretch leaving you feeling supercharged and like a rock star!
A 45-minute hybrid class that takes you on and off the bike for the ultimate lower + upper body burn. Expect short, powerful rides paired with targeted strength work focused on glutes and arms. Just the right amount of spicy to leave you feeling strong and sweaty.
